Delete your Dinner Plans account

You can delete your Dinner Plans account and its data at any time, from the app or by email.

Delete it in the app

1. Open Dinner Plans and sign in.
2. Go to More, then tap your profile.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away. If you have a web (Stripe) subscription, it is cancelled. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google: cancel them in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings so you are not charged again.

If you can't open the app, email privacy@dinnerplans.ai from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We reply to confirm, then delete the account and its data.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Your pantry, recipes, cookbook, meal plans, grocery lists, reviews and recipe feedback.
• Your household member profiles and dietary preferences. If you share a household, you are removed from it and the other members keep their shared data. A household with no other members is deleted.
• Your AI token balance and usage history.

What is kept

• Billing event records, with your account removed from them, where tax and accounting law requires them.
• Copies in backups, for a limited time until the backups expire.

Scan photos and voice recordings are not stored after processing. Pantry item and profile photos you added are deleted with your account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
